Light and bright, the entryway features a travertine floor, umbrella stand with three over-sized umbrellas for your use, a basket with towels for wiping down paws or anything else that needs a quick clean-up before entering. There is a small basket on the entry table for your keys, leashes or whatever you don't want to lose track of. Also, the entry table is where you will find our guest book. Please take the time to jot us a note about your wonderful stay!

A large sliding glass door leads to a spacious deck and from there straight to the beach! There is a closet on this deck that holds sand chairs and beach toys for your use on the beach. Please take care when removing any property from the home, you are responsible for it's safe return. 

The Diamond Beach townhouse is beach front, a view of Twin Rocks is visible from both decks. Upper deck is furnished with two comfy chairs, a roomy love seat and two ottoman's which can be used as tables or foot rests. A charcoal barbeque grill is also located on the upper deck. 

Green bedroom, half bath, kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace and large deck with barbeque. There are three bright skylights and a calm, comfortable atmosphere. So, whether it's quietly relaxing with a paperback on the deck or your whole gang cheering on your favorite team on the 52" plasma, Diamond Beach will have something for everyone!

The living room features a large microfiber sectional, plenty of seating for the whole group! There is a full sized pullout bed in the sectional with sheets, blankets and pillows for it in the Master bedroom closet. The television is a 52" HD Plasma with Polk Audio Surround Sound, Play Station 3 with Blue Ray disc player. There is a large selection of DVD's in the cupboard to the right of the beautiful gas fireplace. Also, there is a small, but growing, selection of games for the PS3. To the right of the fireplace you will find a cupboard with a wide variety of paperback novels. Please feel free to take one but if you can, leave one in it's place. There are games and cuddly throw blankets in the leather ottoman. The larger games are stored downstairs in the Master closet and include Bingo and Scrabble. 

The dining room has a large table with eight chairs. There are three additional counter-height chairs at the bar for a total seating for 11. The chairs are solid and the seats are cushioned leather for comfort and ease in cleaning. The dinnerware includes service for 24 so you don't have to wash a dish in order for everyone to eat!

From the travertine floors to granite countertops, and all of the top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, you will find this is a very well appointed kitchen! The appliances include a Kitchenaide refrigerator with filtered ice and water through the door as well as a Jenn-aire stove. If you decide to stay in, everything you will need for cooking for a crowd has been included; blender, mixer, coffee maker, coffee grinder, waffle iron, toaster, cookie sheets and a full range of non-stick pans. On the counter is a land line telephone for local calls and the laptop computer with internet finds it's home there as well. 

An entry closet with large wooden hangers for hanging the heaviest of outer wear and plenty of room to store your shoes, you might want to bring a pair of slippers during the colder months, we appreciate no shoes on the carpet. There is a hall tree with three over-sized umbrellas for your use as you stroll about town on those not so dry Oregon days. Each of the bathrooms (including upstairs) have a hair dryer for your convenience. Also, the downstairs bathrooms are fully supplied with super soft, naturally anti-bacterial, bamboo towels. The guest bathroom features a jacuzzi tub as well as shower. The master bath has a spa-like glass enclosed shower complete with body sprays for a fully pampering experience. There is a washer/dryer combination in the hall closet. The master closet holds all of the "extra" items including beach towels. Outside on the master deck you will find a closet which holds sand chairs and beach toys. Any items removed from the home are fully your responsibility, please care for them well and return them to where you found them. 

The main bathroom downstairs is fully equipped with a large stock of plush towels, hair dryer and Jacuzzi tub. Travertine tile floor and counter complete this spa-like bathroom. 

The Master bedroom is outfitted with a sumptuous, king-sized bed topped with a four inch memory foam pillow top, you will feel like you are sleeping in a cloud! The linens are premium grade, there are two luxury throws for your comfort and four deluxe king sized pillows. There is a cordless telephone and alarm clock radio with MP3 player connectivity. An over-sized walk-in closet features hotel quality wooden hangers, a luggage rack and plenty of room to store your belongings. There are two night stands with lamps on each side of the bed. A 32" HD LCD flat screen TV is mounted on the wall. The extra large sliding glass door which leads to the deck and beach is outfitted with a black-out curtain for your ultimate sleeping comfort. 

The roomy master bath features travertine throughout. There are two sinks, a well-lit full sized mirror and the shower is glass enclosed with body sprays for that full spa experience. The plush towels are bamboo and there are thirsty cotton bath mats for your comfort. A hair dryer is stored under the sink for your use. 

The "Brown" Bedroom
Furnished with a king sized luxury pillow top mattress and top of the line bedding. Cozy new duvet cover in March of 2011. A 32" HD LCD flat screen TV equipped with expanded cable television is mounted on the wall. Full closet and luggage rack, a drawer in the platform sleigh bed and a three drawer night stand. Plantation shutters on the window that open for a cooling ocean breeze. There are two throw blankets for your comfort and four deluxe king sized pillows. An alarm clock radio is provided that has a MP3 hook up so that you may listen to your Ipod in your room.

Furnished with a beautiful king bed with superior plush pillowtop mattress and top of the line linens. Beautiful new duvet cover in March 2011. There is a 32" HD LCD Television mounted on the wall with expanded cable TV selections. There are two throw blankets for your comfort and four deluxe king sized pillows. Bedroom features a full-sized closet, luggage rack and small chest with drawer and cupboard space. The windows have plantation shutters for privacy and can be opened to enjoy the fresh ocean breezes. An alarm clock radio is provided that has a MP3 hook up so that you may listen to your Ipod in your room.
